Making payments to the ACEN

Our safe and secure online payment system requires no account registration!

In an effort to ensure the highest level of security and decrease the rising fraud activity resulting from paper checks, the ACEN has launched an online payment solution for our constituents. This is a highly secure platform offered through Bank of America, where payments can be made securely and conveniently. ACH, all major credit cards, and debit cards are accepted on the platform.

Please note that beginning January 1, 2025, ACEN will discontinue accepting paper checks and will exclusively accept online payments.

How to Make a Payment

• Visit URL: https://www.billerpayments.com/app/simplepayui/?bsn=acen#/simplepay/payment or look for the Pay Invoice link on the ACEN website.
• Reference your ACEN invoice* (delivered via email only) for your Customer ID and provide the required information to complete your payment.
• Review your information and complete the transaction.
